Second stage housing for graduates of Sanctum 1.5 and their children and rapid housing for woman on PORT who are pregnant and homeless. Within the 2nd steps program, we offer assessment suites for families who are seeking to regain custody of their children or are at risk of having their children apprehended. This program offers 24/7 staffing and support and a 60-day assessment period.

2ND Steps Provides
- A nurturing and secure living space with 24/7 staffing that fosters the
- Well-being and empowerment of families.
- Intensive support and assessments for families in the assessment suites
- Programming, life skills support, referrals, transportation and access to holistic support and care
- Strengthen family bonds and keep family units together
- Collaboration with local organizations + services such as Hands at Work, Food Bank, Navera and Foundations Learning, to enhance support networks and resources for clients.
We can help
Graduates of Sanctum 1.5 and their children, rapid housing for woman on PORT who are pregnant and homeless, as well as assessment suites for families who are seeking to regain custody of their children or are at risk of having their children apprehended.
Can occur through health or social services referral, Community identification (through CBOs and partner organizations), and self-identification/referral.
