OUR PROGRAMS

Your donations will help us fund our programs and provide necessary resources for individuals in complex situations.

Sanctum is Saskatchewan’s first hospice with respite and supportive care for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Sanctum 1.5 is a one-of-a-kind program that simultaneously addresses the health and wellbeing of high-risk pregnant women (women who inject drugs and are pregnant) and their children while also addressing the systemic issues of children entering the foster care system.

The Prenatal Outreach Resource Team (PORT) is SCG’s newest program. Launched in November 2021, it is a multi-sectoral approach that includes partners in health, social services, and the community.

HIV Aids Response Team (HART) is an Interdisciplinary team that supports complex patients living with HIV/AIDS in hospitals and links them to continuing care in the community.

Second stage housing for graduates of Sanctum 1.5 and their children and rapid housing for women on PORT who are pregnant and homeless.

SCG’s Community Outreach and Response Team aims to seek and treat community clients through a rapid and intensive model of care delivery.

Multidisciplinary Endocarditis Program: care initiative focused on treating endocarditis among our most vulnerable — individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and complex medical needs.
