Our Programs
Sanctum 1.5 will be a ten bed HIV pre‐natal care home which will support high risk, HIV positive pregnant women. The goal will be to prevent the transmission of HIV to the unborn baby throughout pregnancy and at birth and to provide support in planning for the unborn baby though an integrated model of care.
HART would be based out of Sanctum and Westside Community Clinic, and act as a specialized team including an addictions counselor, outreach worker and registered nurse trained to “react” to new admissions and emergency room visits by HIV and/or HCV positive patients. This would connect the patients into HIV care and addiction services, reduce the rates of clients lost to follow up because of discharge against medical advice, and reduce multiple admissions for the same treatments.
